Hi Stuart, I just wanted you to know that there was no way that both A....... and I could have been headed in the directions we are... which I know for me is forward and although I can't speak for her, I believe she is moving forward too. A's is getting alimony nearly as much as the mortgage which allows her the opportunity to be in school and not work. That allows me to have the alimony paid off by February next year. (As you and B... said to pay off all debts while I can !) It allows me to rebuild the pension plan from A's.........share by next year at this time.
More importantly - we were able to mentally, emotionally and spiritually move on, which is priceless. That being said, We wouldn't have been able to do it without your help ! (That house across the street sold for 235K at auction ! - it had 2 mortgages 500k)

I saw you copied on a few e-mail exchanges between myself, S________, and Lisa and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for everything your team has done for me thus far.
Lisa, despite S's_____ e-mails, has been the absolute best! She has, hands down, been the most responsive, curtious, and professional person I have had the privilege of dealing with for some time. She always answers her phone! (Can you imagine that?) She always responds to my e-mails quickly, clearly, and politely.
You see, throughout this experience, there is always that nagging sense in the back of my mind that perhaps this whole situation won't go well with my townhome. I can't help it; I have a lot of money that I lost on that townhome, and having Wilshire take over the property seemed too good to be true. But Lisa has been there every time for me. She's talked me down from the ledge more times than I'd like to admit. Once, I got an e-mail from S______ saying that GMAC will not accept the quick claim deed. I freaked. I called Lisa immediately on a Friday night, but she explained there wasn't anything to worry about; it didn't matter whether GMAC "accepted" the deed; she's worked with GMAC numerous times and she calmed me right down.
S_______, on the other hand, was my original realtor for the townhome and he hasn't been the easiest person to deal with. Lisa and her team have been SO patient with him. He obviously doesn't understand this process, but Lisa has been great with him. S_______ is constantly e-mailing and calling me with questions even after I transferred over the property to Wilshire. Lisa simply told me to have him contact her.
This entire experience, although not completely over, has taught me a great deal. I wanted to make sure, though, that you know just how much it has meant to my family that Wilshire has given us a light at the end of the tunnel.
